Providing training, rehabilitation and educational services, providing compensatory devices for people with visual disabilities, and integrating them into the community surrounding them.

1- Developing and developing the interests of the blind in the Sultanate and providing social, educational and rehabilitative services so that they can be active members of society. 2- Requesting the concerned authorities in the Sultanate to provide the best services to the blind and employ them in society in a way that suits the circumstances of their disability. 3- Coordination with both the government sector and the private sector in cooperation with them to provide the best services and develop a strategy that covers the geographical scope of the Sultanate to ensure success and stability for all blind people. 4- Holding training, cultural and sports courses and seminars and presenting programs for these topics throughout the Sultanate to raise the level of the blind and develop them. 5- Spreading awareness among citizens of the role and importance of the blind in society. - Highlighting the activities and skills of the blind and his participation in national and religious events in the country. 6- Developing and improving the lives of people with visual impairment
