Ghiras Charity Team

The Ghiras Charity Team in Sohar was established in the nineties, and in 2012 it obtained official approval from the Ministry of Social Development to work under the umbrella of the Social Development Committee in the Wilayat of Sohar. The team works according to a clear vision as an ideal charitable and educational institution at the level of the Sultanate, concerned with giving and benefiting people at all possible levels. . The team believes in partnerships, so it worked side by side with government institutions, and with private companies and institutions, to achieve the goals set, according to specific strategies and achieved plans, within a framework through which their achievement and development can be measured. Therefore, the work of the team was varied, between permanent programs and projects, seasonal ones, and other emergency ones, and took the charitable and educational side.
