It is a civil society organization dedicated to childhood, established by Ministerial Decision No. 117/2009 in 2009 under the Ministry of Social Development.

The organization works on educating and empowering children in the educational, health, and cultural fields, to meet their needs, develop their abilities, and enhance their rights, to become active individuals in the community.
The association aims to be a knowledge reference and a supportive platform for childhood in the Sultanate of Oman, contributing to instilling and empowering the values of equality, respecting children's rights, and fostering responsible citizenship through community and institutional partnerships to enhance an integrated developmental environment.
